Michael C. Sheppard

Vice President Distributor Sales and Sales Canada

Michael C. Sheppard, 48, is Vice President Distributor Sales and also responsible for overseeing Sales in Canada for BWAY Corporation, a leading North American supplier of general line metal and rigid plastic containers.

With 23 years in the Packaging industry, Mike today oversees and directs a network of distributors of BWAY plastic and metal containers to customers in the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico. In Canada, Mike also directs Sales with a team of three. Additionally, he is responsible for business development opportunities outside of North America.

He joined the company in 1988 with the Inside Sales group. He progressed through the Sales organization with appointments to positions of increasing responsibility, including Sales Manager, District Sales Manager and Director of Sales. Mike also spent two years in Sales with Armstrong Containers, Inc., until it was acquired by BWAY.

Mike is a member of the National Association of Container Distributors.

He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Administration from Columbus State University, Columbus, Georgia.
