Leslie L. Bradshaw

Executive Vice President Purchasing & Logistics

Leslie L. Bradshaw is Executive Vice President Purchasing & Logistics of BWAY Corporation, a leading North American supplier of general line metal and rigid plastic containers.

Les, who assumed his current position in 2015, oversees global sourcing, including contract negotiation and inventory management. He directs teams managing all raw material procurement including resin and steel as well as all inbound and outbound logistics.

Les began his career with BWAY in 1997 as Plant Controller, in Elizabeth, NJ and quickly made significant contributions to the success of the Company. In 2000, Les was promoted to Director of Accounting in Cincinnati, Ohio where he was responsible for leading the accounting function for BWAY. In 2003, due to his outstanding performance and strong financial background, he was promoted to Vice-President, Purchasing and Logistics. Over the last 12 years, Les has been a tremendous asset to the company while leading significant improvements in purchasing and logistics.

Prior to BWAY, Les spent two years with Tiffany & Co. of Parsippany, New Jersey, serving as Cost Accounting Supervisor for both jewelry and specialty manufacturing. Responsibilities there ran the gamut of financial analysis and reporting, cost accounting and developing systems to more efficiently manage shop floor data, among others.

Les holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia and a Master of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Supply Chain Management from Northeastern University in Boston, MA.  Additionally, Les maintains an active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) status in the state of Virginia.
